The 2024 MAWEV Show, Austria's largest trade show for construction machinery and commercial vehicles, is being held in St. Pölten-Wörth from April 10 to 13. The highlights of the event will include vehicles from Goldhofer, one of the world’s leading providers of heavy and specialized transport solutions. At stand L55, Goldhofer will be exhibiting two of its innovative »STARLINE« vehicles, which bring maximum flexibility, safety and economy to heavy haulage.

The 4-axle »TRAILSTAR« trailer (2+2) is designed to carry high payloads at a comparatively low dead weight, resulting in a very impressive payload to dead weight ratio. The »TRAILSTAR« also stands out with its low loading height and user-friendly design. This makes it ideal for daily transportation work with a wide variety of loads for the construction industry. It features a robust yet lightweight design and offers good vehicle handling stability plus optimized axle load distribution. The »TRAILSTAR« comes with Wader container locks for transporting 10-foot construction containers and is also available with Goldhofer’s »CargoPlus« tires for axle loads of ten or twelve tons and a usable loading height of 780 mm (-60/+140 mm).

The STZ-L 4 semi lowloader with wheel recesses is another highlight at the Goldhofer stand. The semitrailer will be on show carrying a Liebherr L550 wheel loader as a demonstration of the vehicle’s high loading capacity and versatility. The Goldhofer STZ-L 4 is a universal workhorse for everyday haulage operations and is ideal for the fast and safe transportation of construction machinery. Loading height can be reduced thanks to a straightforward locking mechanism in the wheel recesses. The height of the wheel recesses can also be easily adjusted to transport other goods such as tracked vehicles or general cargo. The STZ-L 4 has a high payload of 43 t, which can be increased to 50 t with the »MPA« axle technology. It is a robust and maneuverable vehicle for a wide range of loads.
